To maintain this commitment, we've implemented a No Show/Cancellation Policy, which we kindly ask our patients to adhere to moving forward. When you schedule an appointment with us, that specific time is reserved exclusively for you. Unfortunately, a missed or last-minute cancellation with less than 24-hours notice greatly hinders our capacity to open up that appointment slot for another patient in need. Your cooperation ensures that we can continue providing timely and effective care to everyone who seeks our services.
Effective January 1st, 2024 our policy is as follows:
In the event that patients neglect to attend, cancel, or reschedule their appointments without providing notice to our office within the prior 24-hour window, they will be categorized as a No Show and subject to a non-refundable $50 fee. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system and ensure timely and reliable care for all our patients.
Additionally, if a patient is more than ten (10) minutes late to their appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and the cancellation fee will apply.
The incurred fee is the patient's responsibility and is not eligible for insurance billing. While we recognize that unforeseen emergencies may occasionally occur, we are committed to addressing such situations with you on a case-by-case basis when they arise. Your understanding and communication in these exceptional circumstances are greatly appreciated.
